For the week of July 24th thru the 31st, be sure to read your Rising Sign as well:
Aries
There is a bit of a contradiction this week between Saturn’s retrograde station which is asking you to be more organized, patient and strategic. To slow down and get your bearings. Listen to Saturn stationing in your sign. If you don’t he will compel you to slow down. One way or another. By contrast your ruling planet Mars in Gemini is jumping all over the place, seemingly in a rush to get things done yesterday. All the more so as it is being driven by some sort of vision, or passion, or challenge that you want to see come to completion. Just know that the more you rush the more scattered you will become, jumping from one idea to the next, to the next, and the more exhausted you will be. Perhaps you had been kicking the can down the road for too long, and now you are becoming aware of ALL the things that you had been ignoring and avoiding. And they simply can’t be ignored any more. One reason is that you are becoming that much more aware of the advantages of taking care of business. Rather than trying to DO everything all at once, pace yourself. Write down ideas as they come. Create a to-do list. You may need several lists from the looks of things. Set your priorities straight, and keep your eye on the end goal. A lot is being revealed within the light of the Full Moon in Aquarius and it will be all you can do to keep up with it all. Be organized. Step back. Get your bearings. And realize that this is a marathon. Not a sprint. Then take each challenge, each chore one at a time, one day at a time, as time permits. And before you know it, you will have achieved all of your goals. Use the tools that Saturn is bringing you: patience, organization, a little ruthless culling out of the unnecessary, and simply by using your time wisely and efficiently you will find yourself able to accomplish it all.
Taurus
The upcoming Full Moon is quite powerful and revealing. There is not anyone who will not be affected by this Moon to some degree, and Taurus is no exception. With the Full Moon in Aquarius so closely aligned with Pluto the planet of transformation, it could show you the ways that you are being encouraged to bring your life into alignment with the sorts of goals that will ultimately bring you, and all others connected to you, some sort of profound healing. This will be a theme moving forward. It will not be achieved in a day. It is a process. It will take time. And it may require you to step outside of your comfort zone in order to achieve your goals, but the rewards may be even greater than you had originally intended. If you are finding it difficult to make certain decisions, or you are feeling overwhelmed with too much information, try to step back and avoid over-thinking things. You may be reading too much into things without having all the facts. It is true that big decisions require some consideration, but you won’t want to complicate things with too many unnecessary facts and details. Use Saturn’s retrograde station this week to step back and get your bearings. Be willing to let go and release whatever may be holding you back. Be willing to say No, and keep things simple. And if you are currently faced with any extraordinary challenges, look for creative solutions that will bring you precisely where you need to be in the end. And try not to overthink things. It could be a lot simpler than it appears right now.
Gemini
It may seem that every day has a new piece of information to rifle through, a new idea, a new direction. All this activity can leave a Gemini wondering if they are coming or going. It could all be quite confusing. And the more you rush, the more you jump from one thing to the next, the more confusing it will be. Thankfully your ruling planet Mercury has finally made its direct station on Thursday. And although this is indeed a green light for Gemini, it comes with a ‘go with caution’ sign advising you to slow down and process all the information you have been receiving. Not doing so will only leave you feeling scattered and unmoored. Rather, take that motivation and overwhelming desire to DO something and rather than over-thinking things, focus in on your most pressing priorities. Then take that focus, passion and drive to find the creative solutions that you are seeking. And know that the solutions, no matter how radical they may at first appear to be, are meant to be. There is a purpose to all this. It’s almost like you sent a message out into the universe, and now it is bringing you the answers. And even if they are not the answers you were expecting, or from the source that you were anticipating, know that there is something purposeful to all this. And it could even be life-changing.
Cancer
The Full Moon in Aquarius each year can often make you aware of some sort of development in your life that is now coming to some sort of culmination or conclusion. And this would be due to the efforts that you have been making over the previous months, and perhaps even years. But this Full Moon is exceptional in that whatever is coming to light with the Full Moon in Aquarius this year, could even have the capacity to transform you life in some remarkable way. It may seem like a tremendous challenge that you are presented with. One that feels like you are needing to break new ground, or have to compete against some powerful force. But really what is being asked of you is to have faith in yourself and your own ability to accomplish this transformation in some remarkable and perhaps creative way. In a way that you might not have even previously considered. It may seem an impossible task. Or feel like you are biting off more than you can chew. But know that the forces are there to guide you along the way. Mercury has finally stationed direct in your sign on Thursday, telling us all that it is now time to proceed. You have been processing a lot of information in the mean time, but as Saturn is now making its retrograde station, you will want to make sure that you are doing things the correct way. This may mean having to reverse some previous decisions. Or it may mean having to revise them. Saturn wants you to be organized. Precise. Perhaps a little ruthless. The idea is to step back, create a clear and concise plan, and then proceed.
Leo
It would not be surprising to see many a Leo in the spotlight over the next year, now that Jupiter is in your sign. It brings confidence, faith, and perhaps a little luck while it is here. But what you represent in whatever role you may take on, or are seen as, takes on a much deeper significance now that the South Node is also entering Leo. This combination of the expansive nature of Jupiter, and the need to release and let go with the South Node, may for some feel contradictory. But actually these both can coexist in a very positive way. It really depends on motive. The more altruistic your motives, or the more aware you are of the influence that you have on others, the more successful you will be. In order to get the most benefit of the Jupiter transit, you may be required to put ego aside in order to more fully recognize the path that Jupiter is trying to show you. You can still fulfill your Big Vision, but a great deal will depend on motive. Leos are often in positions in which they are influential. Whether in the classroom, in front of an audience or in a position of leadership, people stand up and take notice. But with the South Node also here, people are more likely to notice things like character, what sort of role model you are for others, what motivates you. To be a person of moral dignity and fiber can be challenging in a world that is constantly trying to challenge us to do otherwise. But the more faith you have in yourself, the more dignified your approach, the more infallible your motives, the more successful you will be. Even in the face of what may seem extraordinary odds. Leo is being asked to be the light that we can all follow with confidence and faith, knowing that you have only the best and most altruistic intentions for everyone concerned.
Virgo
On Thursday, your ruling planet Mercury finally stationed direct. Normally this would be something of a green light for you. And that is still certainly true for this station as well. However this green light has a yellow cast, telling you to go with caution. This is because you will want to do things the right way. You are being tasked with creating a long-term plan for the future. And it may be that you’ve been avoiding implementing those plans. But now with the direct station of Mercury you find yourself anxious to get it all done now. Just know that this will only get you all in a tizzy. You will want to do this the right way. For the past few years many a Virgo was being asked to “Let go and Let G*d” take over. Letting go of the need to control the outcomes, fix things, and find the right solutions, may have felt tremendously disorienting. Perhaps even to the extent of needing to redefine who you are in the scheme of things. The healing that follows will be essential for this process of renewal. But in order to do this right you are being asked to focus all of the recent news and information that you were receiving, and focus in on those priorities that stand out the most. Don’t overthink it. Keep it simple. Then with a laser-like focus channel that sense of purpose and determination in order to create a plan that will ultimately benefit everyone concerned. Then proceed with a sense of discipline and faith that you are being led precisely where you need to be in order to achieve your most heart-felt goals.
Libra
If you are feeling particularly anxious as we approach the Full Moon on July 29th, consider the ways that you might be making things more complicated than they are. In your rush to get things done, or getting overwhelmed by too many ideas all colliding at once, rather than trying to do it all now (only to find yourself wiped out on the floor somewhere in the end), take a pause with the retrograde station of Saturn. Then channel all that angst and desire into creating some sort of strategy, focus and plan. Channeling all of that angst through the ongoing cradle and the Full Moon can bring you just the sort of creative solutions that you had been looking for. Full Moons can be very revealing. They bring things to light, and allow you to see things that you had not even considered or thought about before. And that can include just the sort of creative solutions that you are needing. It may be that you are being driven by your passions right now. So much so that you are reading too much into everything. But you are also needing to keep your wits about you. And that’s where Saturn’s strategy and patience comes in. If you don’t pace yourself, you will be forced to due to circumstances beyond your control. Therefore, create a plan, then place one foot in front of the other. And step by step, over the next several months, you will find that you had achieved your goals.
Scorpio
The upcoming Full Moon on July 29th is so powerful and so dynamic that it can even feel somewhat chaotic for some. All the more so if you are feeling driven by your passions to rush into certain circumstances without first getting all the information that you are needing to make sure that you are on the right path. On the other hand, the tension of the Full Moon can also be a conduit for creative solutions, and to take advantage of some sort of lucky break that is lurking over there, just on the horizon. Even if it requires you to step outside of your comfort zone in order to take advantage of it, you might want to give it some sort of consideration. Before you begin, you may want to step back a bit, and ask yourself what your true priorities and expectations are. Sort through the wants and the desires, and the myriad of ideas that are emerging. Something is being revealed within the light of the Moon that can be both disturbing and inspiring at the same time. What wrongs are needing to be righted? What creative solutions can bring things to some sort of workable and ultimately beneficial conclusion? Perhaps even in a way that can bring healing to your past? Your whole life is gradually being transformed, bit by bit, piece by piece, so that over the next several years your life may seem unrecognizable. And the Full Moon this week is giving you a bit of a hint about what may be all about.
Sagittarius
The Full Moon on July 29th is asking you to more fully step into your role as a guide, or to receive the guidance that is necessary in order to get you more fully on track with your destiny. For on the day of the Full Moon, Jupiter will be cazimi, or in the heart of the Sun, bringing all things Jupiter, including Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, front and center. Planets that enter the throne room of the Sun become that much more powerful, as they become King for the Day, and Master of Ceremonies. As a result, you can just see some sort of creative or mystical vision unfolding before you. And it may even bear some fruit or promise in the light of the Full Moon in Aquarius. And so can bring hope and confidence in its wake. Full Moons are often illuminating. They show us things that we had not necessarily seen before. It can bring a sense of culmination or the completion of something that you had been working on for some time. It is trying to show you something about your potential. But perhaps in order to more fully embrace that potential you are needing to transform your perspective in some way, and be willing to see things from another’s point of view, which in itself can be illuminating. One of the things that may become evident over the next 18 months is the knowledge and understanding that can be achieved, when you open yourself up to the idea that there is still so much more to be learned. And that what you learn can even transform your mind and the way that you perceive the world.
Capricorn
This week your ruling planet, Saturn, makes its retrograde station in the sign of Aries. This is a sign of individuation and independence. Like a general, Saturn in Aries has been asking you to take charge over your own life and destiny. To get the troops in order and carve out a plan. However, during the retrograde phase which will last until December 10th, you are first being asked to take a few steps back in order to get your bearings first. This may even require you to make some reversals on previous decisions. Or to go back over your previous plans and work. Or merely to slow down. Saturn will do this at its retrograde station. Saturn wants you to do things the right way. There is no rush where Saturn is concerned. Especially when you are being tasked with shoring up the critical foundations and infrastructures of your life. The very things that will support you going forward. You want these to be firm. Reliable. Something that you can depend on for years to come. And it is during the retrograde phase that you are given permission to tweak things: cut back where you are needing to; letting go of the things that are no longer working; reset boundaries; reorganize; review your plans for safety and efficacy; and edit where the edits are necessary. Be a little ruthless if you need to. You want things clean and tidy. You don’t want any loose ends laying around. Think of your end goals. Then get to work on a workable (and satisfying) plan that will bring you there.
Aquarius
Pluto transiting your sign is downright transformational and revolutionary in both concept and design. Pluto wants nothing more than for you to more fully embrace your true self in all its glory. No apologies. No pretense. This may require you to shed a few skins along the way. To give birth to yourself in the process. And more fully realize your potential and purpose. And now that the True North Node will be entering your sign this week you will be given something of a boost. What all this will be in the end, may still be something of a mystery. However over the next 18 months you may see a few twists and turns, and maybe a few nudges that aim to get you on the path that you were meant to be on all along, in order to get you there. And the Full Moon in Aquarius on Wednesday could even bring a few hints as to what that might be or look like. Full Moons are often illuminating. They can bring closure. Or bring a situation to some sort of culmination. We see things that we hadn’t been able to see before. All the more so when it falls in your sign, and just a few precious degrees away from Lord Pluto. Those Aquarians born between the 21st and 28th of January, or who have the first 8º of Aquarius Rising will be most firmly positioned to feel the rumblings of the transformation that is gradually evolving (in some ways it is more imminent for those in the early degrees), but all Aquarians are going to notice something of a shift this week as the Full Moon brings certain causes and conditions together involving the current planetary activity, which aims to transform your whole life.
Pisces
For the past several years Pisces has been bearing with a lot! Having both Saturn and Neptune transit your sign at the same time is no joke. And then over the past 18 months the North Node in Pisces has been investing you all with this incredible surge of energy, even as Saturn has been holding you down, tying your hands behind your back, and literally hobbling you in some cases. Just know that when Saturn meets the North Node, as it did in your sign, that it was aiming to get you in alignment with your destiny. And sometimes that requires you to drop everything in order to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Which can be heavy. However, now that Saturn has moved on to Aries, and the North Node is leaving your sign this week, you are being given something of a reprieve, as you enter a period concerned primarily with physical, emotional and psychological healing. What that healing may entail could be revealed to you this week in the light of the Full Moon in Aquarius which falls on July 29th, and occurs simultaneously with your traditional ruling planet, Jupiter, cazimi, or in the heart of the Sun in the sign of Leo. This brings all things Jupiter, including Pisces-kind, center stage, and can even bring you a boost of optimism and hope for the future. This may mean having to release some things in the process that are no longer serving you or working, and may in fact be standing in the way. And if that is the case, know that it’s to make room for something better. Something that will serve you well, and better support you and your well-being.
