Horoscopes: June 19th thru the 26th

June 18, 2026 Lauren Coleman

“Centaur” by Valery Mironov

For what Chiron’s ingress into Taurus might mean for your sign:

Aries

(2nd House) One of the things that becomes apparent with Chiron in Taurus is that we cannot do this all on our own. Aries who is accustomed to doing everything on their own, may think otherwise. So it can be difficult for Aries people to know when they need to ask for help. Especially when it seems that there are others who may need that help more. The inclination for Aries, is to wing it, and figure it out along the way. For the 8 years that Chiron has been in Aries we were learning that if you don’t take care of your own needs, then you won’t be of much use to anyone else. It was just doubling down on the idea of independence. But there are just some things that require a wing man. And sometimes that requires being willing to compromise a bit, as well as learn to give and receive. This is all in keeping with the divine cycle of reciprocity. We offer our services, our goods, ourselves. And in return we receive something in return, commensurate to what we are giving. In this way you are learning about your own worth, as well as recognizing that what you have to offer to others has value. It may not seem like much, but this is the first step towards interdependence. The cycle needs to flow. By undervaluing (or over valuing) yourself, or what you have to offer, the cycle suffers. But by opening yourself up to receiving, by valuing yourself and what you have to offer others, by how willing you are to take care of and invest in yourself without the unnecessary burden of guilt, the better able you are to become a good provider for yourself, as well as for others.

Taurus

(1st house) One thing we were all  learning while Chiron was in Aries, was the importance of paying attention to our own healing journey, and this continues to be true for Taurus, even more so now that Chiron is going to be in your sign. And the first step on that journey for Taurus is the willingness to ask for help as it is needed, and that you deserve, as well as everyone else, to have your needs met. You don’t have to put your own needs aside just to make everyone else happy. Or sacrifice your own sense of self and who you are, in order not to rock the boat and make others uncomfortable. There are times when you need to set your own standards and say No More, and that’s what the Chiron transit has been and will continue to be about for you. Now that it is in Taurus, the focus is on healing any underlying wounds surrounding self-worth and self-esteem that might be standing in the way of you living your own best life. Chiron will show you what is undermining or preventing you from fully expressing your true self. What Chiron will also bring are the remedies, and what you can do about it. Chiron entering Taurus is an opportunity to gain wisdom through your own awareness and understanding of what your needs truly are, and why it is so important to have them fulfilled.

Gemini

(12th House) As Chiron briefly enters Taurus for a few months, we will be getting something of a preview of what to expect for the next 7 years. For Gemini, Chiron digs deeply into the innermost recesses of your mind, delving into the past, and revealing secrets which had been heretofore hidden from view. And that’s despite Uranus having been in Taurus for the last 7 years. Chiron’s mission is more about healing and transforming. Not just revealing. Chiron makes us aware of issues, but it also brings the remedy that is needed. Among his tool kit are general remedies such as acceptance, understanding and wisdom. Including accepting ourselves for who we are without ignoring, being ashamed of or trying to hide who we are. When we hide our wounds, our secrets, our weaknesses, we only make them stronger. But when we realize that we are not alone that there are others here with us, then we not only find healing, but can become a beacon of light and inspiration for others to do so as well. This is the ultimate goal for the Chironic path, made all the more intimate and personal when you are able to hold space for, and feel compassion for yourself. By turning the attention within, you come to find, not only the best healing methods for you and your own personal journey, but to be in a better position to help and guide others. It begins by feeling compassion for yourself, and then by leading with a compassionate heart for all beings everywhere.  The Chironic heart says: “I too know what it means to feel pain.”

Cancer

(11th House) As Chiron leaves Aries and enters Taurus there may be a sigh of relief, for you could find this placement something of a panacea after the struggles of the previous 8 years. One of the things it will be reminding you as it enters Taurus, is that your path may not necessarily be the same as everyone else’s. And trying to fit into a cookie cutter role, or complying with the expectations of others just in order to fit in, will not suffice. If may begin with you feeling looked over or ignored. Or feeling like you are compromising yourself just to make others happy, or to not rock the boat. This will no longer suffice now that Chiron will be in Taurus. Chiron will be here to remind you that when you are willing to veer away from the common crowd, when you are able to set your own course, and even follow the path less traveled, you will find your way. We all have a special destiny. And discovering what that destiny is, will be part of your story over the next 8 years. Instead of conforming to others’ expectations, and trying to be what you think you should be, begin by being yourself, and by doing so, be the light that others will follow. Instead of trying to contort and twist yourself to fit into the group, thereby becoming something that you are not, the end goal is to become the inspiration for the group that others want to belong to, simply by being you.

Leo

(10th House) As Chiron dips its toes into Taurus for a few months, we are all going to get an idea of what the Centaur is going to be unearthing from the depths of our souls over the next 8 years of our lives. For Leo, don’t be surprised if you find yourself reexamining certain choices in your life. These may even test your resolve. You may find yourself asking: Will people truly believe that I am qualified? Am I being seen? Can I really do this? If you do feel self-doubt arise, look beneath the surface. What dialogues are being brought to the surface and needing to be silenced? What doubts about who you are, what you represent and what you are known for are you feeling self-conscious about? Answer these questions as they arise with the understanding that all of your experiences (every one of them) have contributed to who you are right now. They reflect your strengths much more than your weaknesses. It is precisely because you are human, and because you have lived, that you are in a position to understand, to have compassion and patience. And it is not because you are perfect, but because you are imperfect, that you can better connect with others. By the time that Chiron will have completed its sojourn in Taurus, it is hoped that the lessons of Chiron whatever they may be over the next 7 years, contribute to your character, and continue to make you stronger, more resilient, and even more compassionate and understanding in the end.

Virgo

(9th House) This week Chiron enters your fellow earth sign of Taurus. It is only a brief visit this year. Next April it will then reenter Taurus for its 7 year trek through this sign of serenity, safety and security. For Virgo this is perhaps one of the best signs for Chiron to be in. For this is where you will be most available to the lessons and wisdom that Chiron can bring. Ultimately Chiron aims to bring confirmation for our purpose and destiny. There are many roads to arrive there, but Chiron aims to bring you precisely where you are needed in order to fulfill your journey. One thing that can also become apparent is that you are not alone. There are others out there walking a similar path. Likewise there are those who can serve as guide along the way. We are protected and guided in ways that we might not be fully aware of. Guides can come in many guises. And not always where we expect them. Or who we expect them to be. Chiron also works from within, so that the desire to know, the desire to understand becomes that much stronger. And when we are willing to meet our guides even half way, they will come to meet us on the path. It can also be that you will be tagged to serve as a guide to others through this labyrinth we call life. Do seek our your personal guides. But also know that Chiron is asking you to also be a ray of light on the stormy shore, guiding others around the rocky shoals of life. By receiving and then passing the torch, one to the next, we serve as both disciple and guide to each other. This is the way and the light when Chiron travels in the 9th house/sign from your natal Virgo.

Libra

(8th House) Now that Chiron will be in Taurus, many a Libra will be coming face to face with lessons about what we do, or do not, have control over. The inevitability of change and the need to transform, adapt and grow in ways that had not been previously possible, are only some of the key lessons that Chiron will bring while in Taurus. One of these lessons concerns coming face to face with the existential pains, wounds and challenges of earthly existence. The mythological Chiron, after having been wounded in his thigh with a poisonous arrow, was unable to cure it, even after lengthy travels and training. What he did find was acceptance of his situation as being part of this earthly existence. And what followed that was the ability to transform his pain and suffering into compassion for the human condition, which at best is imperfect. And by so doing, becoming a more profound healer to others. Chiron can open up old wounds and bring new ones while in Taurus. It can be painful even having to admit that we have wounds, and limitations can be humbling. But when Chiron shows us our wounds, he also brings the tools, knowledge and guidance to either heal them or transcend them. By the time that Chiron has finished its 8 year tenure in this sign, the hope is not only will you be better informed, but also become a better, more compassionate human being. Which also puts you in a better position to help and heal others as well. For what made Chiron the great healer that he was, was not only his vast knowledge, but his vast understanding of what it feels like to be wounded.

Scorpio

(7th House) When Chiron is in Taurus, as it will be for a short stint until September and then from 2027 thru 2034, you will find that you will be learning about acceptance, about inclusion, but also about rejection and worthiness through your relationships with others. Whether these are lessons about self-worth, or how well we value others, we learn this through our interactions. These interactions can also teach you about acceptance. For instance, accepting people for who they are and what they are without trying to change or fix them. This can be learned through partners or allies who have wounds that cannot be healed. No matter how much you may try. Or a wound that only they can heal through their own initiative, and the more you push them, the more resistant they will be. Through Chiron, we can best serve others when we acknowledge our own wounds, and this will become that much more apparent. Chiron shows us that the best way to affect your own healing, as well as the healing of others, is not by trying to change others, or fix them, but through acceptance and inclusion. One of the benefits of having Chiron here is the possibility to heal old wounds from prior relationships by forming healthier relationships and connections with others. When we accept others for who they are, and we feel accepted for our own condition, not only can healthier relationships be established now, but healing for all of your relationships can then be achieved.

Sagittarius

(6th House) For Sagittarius, Taurus is a sign of well-being. This includes what disrupts that well-being as well as those things that support and maintain it. Taurus is a sign of predictability, security and safety. That can be both a benefit and a deficit. A deficit because Chiron in Taurus can fall back on old habits quite easily…. especially those that evoke comfort (that chocolate cake, the cocktail hours, the cravings and personal indulgences). Habits that are hard to resist. But Taurus is also a positive foil for high energy Sagittarius, which finds healing in the natural world, the sounds, feeling and essence of the earth and its creatures. These are the things that support your well-being. At first Chiron will present you with challenges. One of these can be the tendency to ignore, or put aside your own health issues, either because it is inconvenient, or because other things seem more important. But sometimes you simply have no choice. There are two main lessons to be learned with the transit of Chiron in Taurus: one is about acceptance; and the other is about the wisdom attained through experience. Acceptance for the human condition being what it is, which at best is imperfect and in need of assistance. And the wisdom of understanding that when you have your health, that when you establish healthy routines, and gain a deeper understanding of those things that support your over all well being, you can create a more stable foundation from which to operate.

Capricorn

(5th House) For the past 8 years, you have been exploring bits and pieces of your history and heritage. And what was unearthed were the good as well as the not so great, the inherited wounds as well as the gifts. And now that Chiron is entering Taurus, it is giving you the opportunity to share those gifts, and heritage with others. This is about sharing some sort of legacy with others so that they can then carry it forward. By connecting to your inner doubts, pain and self-consciousness, you also unearthed a deep well of creative inspiration to express who you are to the world. By handing it off to those who come after you, including any children, or others who see you as a mentor or an example to aspire to, it is given both meaning and purpose. In this initial entry of Chiron into Taurus which lasts through September, you might want to ask yourself, what is holding you back from fully expressing yourself and sharing your history? Are you afraid of being judged? This transit of Chiron is not about accolades and applause, so much as you doing you. A statement of who you are and where you came from. And finding healing through that process. Chiron in the fellow earth sign of Taurus serves as a well of inspiration. It strips away the facades and fears that prevent you from fully expressing yourself. What is left is who you are when all else falls away. And for the next 8 years, finding that true self and feeling confident enough to share that self with others, will be your path to healing.

Aquarius

(4th House) We all carry wounds buried down deep within our souls. These may have been imprinted in our earliest memories and experiences. Or perhaps lifetimes ago, and carried through some sort of ancestral legacy, handed down generation to generation. When Chiron enters Taurus it has this capacity to unearth these ancient wounds that had been lying dormant there, with the intention of healing them once and for all. So don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting more than anything to connect with your roots, your culture, your family, your homeland, your heritage… even and especially if there is some sort of disconnect there. Like you don’t quite belong, or didn’t totally fit the stereotype. And so you may embark on a journey of exploration, trying to find that connection. However, with Chiron, healing comes through acceptance. Acceptance of whatever is being unearthed. Acceptance of our history our country our heritage. Healing comes when we can also accept other people for who and where they are without trying to change them. As a result over the next 8 years you will also be changing at a very deep level, and it is likely to be reflected through your immediate home, family and community. And what these changes bring is a deeper awareness and understanding of who you are and where you came from, and thereby unearthing the gifts that had been hidden there all along.

Pisces

(3rd House) Many a Pisces has been exploring and learning about their own self-worth and value these past 8 years, as well as the worth of others. And now you are not only being asked to believe that who you are and what you do has value, but how to share the wisdom learned from that experience with others. Have your say. Speak your truth. Share your experiences, about what you have seen and what you have heard. People may not always agree with your perspective. You may even feel reviled and censored. In 1939 John Steinbeck wrote about all that he had witnessed during the Great Depression, a time when Chiron was previously in Taurus. He took the stories he heard from others, and made it into a story of his own making. His novel, the Grapes of Wraith became the best selling book of 1939, and later went on to win a Nobel Prize. But it was also banned and burned by others in protest when it was first published. It was a book based on what he had seen and witnessed with his own eyes. Healing can come when you speak your truth. When you discover your voice, listen to other’s stories and share your own. This is your path to healing over these next 8 years. Not only your own healing, but the healing of others through the sharing of your wisdom and truth. This will allow you to make deep and important connections with others, and learn how to communicate in ways that reach the hearts and minds of others in profound and meaningful ways.
