Horoscopes: January 30th thru February 6th

January 29, 2026 Lauren Coleman

For the week of January 30th thru February 6th, be sure to read your Rising Sign as well:

Aries

So much is already going on with Aries, now that both Saturn and Neptune are moving into your sign. But one thing that may have become apparent are the ways that you are going to have to be prepared for almost any eventuality going forward. Uranus has been trying to get you ready for this as he roiled and boiled, showing you this that and the other thing during his retrograde phase. Now that Uranus is stationing direct this week, he is asking you to get your ducks in a row, get your business and financial affairs in order, and be sure of your priorities. And that’s without even knowing what the outcomes are going to be. However Full Moons can be somewhat revealing, and bring some insight. With the Full Moon approaching this weekend, ask yourself: What are those things that are setting your heart on fire? This is important. For with Uranus making its final station in the sign of Taurus, you are being asked to further commit to that which truly defines you, creatively and practically, without compromising who and what you are in the core of your being. Security is one thing. But not at the expense of your true creative freedom and vision. Do note, that when Uranus enters Gemini later in the Spring, that a lot of the financial insecurity that Uranus in Taurus has wrought these past 7 years, will finally get a chance to stabilize.

Taurus

Uranus traveling in your sign since 2018 has been daring you to be a truer, more authentic version of yourself. This week Uranus stations direct for the last time in your sign, bringing you a clear reminder of what this has all been about. In order to fully grow into yourself, you had to feel free enough to do so. That can include resisting the influence of others, of society, of the conditions of your life, or anything that attempted to limit, define or get you to compromise yourself. Or worse, to conform to everyone else’s idea of who you are, and what you should do. During these past 7 years, it was necessary that you, and for you alone to rediscover and redefine yourself. Not anyone else. Now that Uranus will appear to be moving direct again, it will leave your sign, not to return again for almost 80 years. It has done its good work. Once again, the lessons of Uranus being in your sign these past 7 years, were not about being a version of what others expect you to be, nor was this about being completely different from who you were 7 years ago. It’s about being a more honest expression of who you already were. All of your feelings are being laid bare for all to see with the Full Moon in Leo on Sunday. Plans that you have been planning for some time concerning home, family and your personal life could be brought to fruition. Trust your heart. Something is needing to be let go of in order to be able to move forward with confidence.

Gemini

The world is shifting on its axis bringing us along for the ride. Therefore be open to the New: the unexpected changes in plans; unforeseen surprises; new information that you had not previously been aware of. Over the past 7 years you’ve been shaking off a whole batch and passel of things. Like leaves falling from your branches, you are preparing for new growth, now that Uranus will be entering your sign at the end of April. But before we get there, Uranus makes its final direct station at the end of Taurus this week, positioning it for its final entry into Gemini. As Uranus prepares for its entrance into Gemini all sorts of things are going to be revealed. Some of which could even shake you to the core. Uranus in your sign can make you feel displaced. Shifts are occurring indeed. And they may not be in the way that you expect. Some of the things you’ve been shaking off, needed to drop. But there could be some things that could have been caught up in the process, like sacred relics and mementos from the past. And it could also feel like elements of your past are being exposed. Nothing is sacred as Uranus makes its final station in Taurus. Drawers are rifled through. The skeletons are tossed out on the street. We cannot escape our past but we can rewrite our own future. Things can change suddenly and swiftly in the current weather. However, the one thing that can never be taken away from you are those most precious memories, and those things that you hold dearly in your heart of hearts. For these will go with you wherever you go, and remain in your heart even if your own personal life shifts along with the world on its axis.

Cancer

Cancers are always sensitive to the phases of the Moon in all her guises. And perhaps especially so with the emotional Full Moons. This weekend we have a Full Moon in the sign of Leo which focuses in on those things that you most value, and that can include yourself. So you might want to ask yourself, how well you value yourself, what you do, the talents you have. And how well do you feel valued by others? In order to receive from the universe you have to feel worthy. So issues surrounding assets, money, property, can also come up. But more significantly is this idea of valuing your own skills, talents and ability to navigate the world. Emotions often come to the surface when the Moon is Full. So can other things like practical magic. You might want to use the Full Moon to cast a ritual of abundance. Pick one small item. One thing that you really, really want and gift it to yourself. Think of it as a symbolic gesture of all of the abundance that you wish to embrace in your life moving forward. On Tuesday/Wednesday, the Full Moon will be followed by the direct station of Uranus in Taurus. Therefore with the utmost gratitude, send that same wish of abundance out to the world at large, so that others may also benefit from your generosity. Even small gestures in this weather have a capacity to grow. Therefore, not only sow wishes for abundance, but also be willing to cast your dreams out into space. There’s no telling what may come back in this weather: new dreams, a new hope, perhaps even a new life.

Leo

With a Full Moon in Leo this weekend something could come to light about yourself that you might not have previously realized. Full Moons can be illuminating. More so when they are in your sign, and even more so when it falls in the same degree as your Rising or Sun sign. The Full Moon on February 1st falls at 13º Leo 04’ and will especially affect those Leos born the 4th to 8th of August, or who have approximately 13º Leo rising. Even so, all Leos are going to be basking in the light of this Full Moon. A few days after the Full Moon Uranus will make its final direct station in the sign of Taurus. For the past 7 years, Uranus has placed many of you at some extraordinary crossroads in your lives. Ending and beginnings conspired to bring you to a new life, one that is more honest, and more authentic than previously realized. The Full Moon allows you to look at all of this in a more objective light. Any changes that you’ve been kicking down the road will be really hard to ignore at this point. Resisting any much needed changes will only leave you feeling really restless and dissatisfied. In some way you have outgrown some of the circumstances of your life, urging you to further explore some new, and perhaps even uncharted paths. Like a hermit crab outgrowing its shell, it’s time to leave the old shell at the previous shore. Now it’s time for your outer world to catch up with the person you have been becoming. The station of Uranus betwixt and between the Full Moon on Sunday and the upcoming Solar Eclipse will only accelerate the process.

Virgo

All things can be revealed within the light of a Full Moon. Even things that were previously hidden, lost or forgotten can emerge out of the mists of the Full Moon in Leo. You are being shown things in a different light. Be open to it. Do not fear it. For what you learn can help you make better and more informed decisions. Know also that the Full Moon in Leo also has the capacity to reveal things that had been hidden. Secrets are revealed. Old memories lost in the annals of time come back like ships passing through the fog bringing timeless messages. These can even be messages from yourself. Toss the cards, read the runes, pay attention to your dreams. Someone or something is trying to tell you something, and you will want to pay attention. The Full Moon on Sunday is followed by the last direct station of Uranus in Taurus bringing even more things to light that simply can not and will not be ignored. Trust it. Uranus has been preparing you for this moment in time. It may not necessarily be what you originally thought it might be. Plans can change as a result. You may even change your mind and decide to go in a new direction. A new world is coming, and you are going to be figuring out what your role is going to be going forward. It may not be what you originally thought. So be open as we move through this liminal pass between the old and the new.

Libra

Big changes have likely occurred over the past 7 years that brought about some big changes in your life. As a result of these changes, an old way of life was ending, making room for a new one to fully take root. Endings and beginnings merge in this sector of your chart. But that can include new births, new beginnings, new life. Whether actual or metaphorical. An old order was giving way to a new one. It was a time riven with inexplicable surprises and shifts. But it was also a time in which you would not have been able to tolerate other’s judgments about your choices. Even if they were somewhat questionable, these had to come from you as you navigated the demons at the door, and cast out the wraiths from their cells. You’ve been fortifying yourself emotionally and psychologically in order to believe in yourself and what you have to offer the world. When Uranus stations, it can feel like the earth is shaking beneath our feet. It is just letting you know that there is no such thing as firm ground when the earth is shifting on its axis, while bringing us along for the ride. Change is well nigh due and we are all going to have to adapt. Therefore use the Full Moon in Leo this weekend to connect with your heart of hearts, and the things that really matter in the end. Uranus is aiming to free you up for better things to come. See what comes to light under the rays of the Full Moon. And be open. Know that the Uranus station following the Full Moon are conspiring to bring you precisely where you need to be in order to fulfill your hopes and wises.

Scorpio

There is a Full Moon in Leo on Sunday, February 1st. This is often a time of the year in which Scorpio shines, receiving the results and rewards of a job well done. However, it can also show you the ramifications of choices made in the past. These can be great. As in feeling more fully appreciated. But it can also be when you stop yourself, and ask: “What on Earth was I thinking?” If you are happy with the results you are seeing, then this may be a time in which you find yourself more fully committing to a certain path. If not, this may be the beginning of some sort of inflection point, in which you reconsider decisions made in the past. And this would be especially true, if you have put so much emphasis on your outer roles, possibly at the expense of your personal life. What to watch for: With the Uranus station this week there could be the inclination to make some impulsive choices or decisions. We are approaching an important inflection point in our lives. Even if you are feeling pressured to do so, pace yourself, and look at things objectively if you can. Full Moons can bring things to a head, and this one will be particularly visible. Hold tight. After the station of Uranus this week, we will be heading into that unpredictable cosmic shift that can come when we enter eclipse season where it seems so much is going to be shifting. Not only your relationship to your career and outward reputation, but also in your personal and social life. And if one area was getting eclipsed by the other, this may be where you begin to reassess what adjustments and/or changes are going to have to be made.

Sagittarius

The planet Uranus is making its final direct station in the sign of Taurus this week. When it enters Gemini later this Spring it could suddenly and inexplicably open up all sorts of new opportunities. But in the mean time, there are still a lot of loose ends that are needing to be tied up from a life that once was, in order to make room for a new one to come. One thing that Uranus reminds us that in order to find ourselves in the new order that is arising, we need a certain amount of freedom to do our own thing, to experiment and try things out for size. That could include experimenting with a certain set of skills or talents. Perhaps even taking them to a whole new level. You’ve been doing a bit of that these past 7 years, but now that Uranus is making its final and last station in Taurus there is this feeling of soon taking the first step out on to the rest of your life. That can include changing your mind about some of the changes that you’ve already made. Know that between the Uranus station and a Full Moon in Leo this weekend things could shift quite suddenly and inexplicably. They could even change the whole picture. Do not recoil from or fear these changes, for they can free you up to be able to see new and perhaps even better possibilities that you had not fully considered before. We are approaching an inflection point just ahead, as we cross the divide into our future lives. In the mean time, be open to what is being disclosed in this current liminal space.

Capricorn

With Saturn at the very last degree of Pisces it can feel for many like we are at the end of an era. There are a few inflection points coming up over the next several weeks. But in the mean time there is this feeling of something fading, like the last rays of sunlight as dusk gradually blends into the darkness. Do note, however, that this is not the end of hope. The Full Moon may bring somethings to light that could seem complex, especially if you feel like you are not being heard and fully appreciated. Full Moons can also bring things, such as a contentious contract or agreement, to a welcome and final conclusion. Other things can be revealed in the light of the Full Moon, such as old habits and self-defeating emotions that are no longer serving you well. The Full Moon is soon followed by the last direct station of Uranus in the sign of Taurus, reminding us that things may be gradually setting, but that there are also other things that you have been working on these past seven years: New creative opportunities, new ways of being, new ways of connecting with others, and an opportunity to connect with your passions. Perhaps in a way that you had never had the ability to in the past. You’ve been releasing some of the tired old shoulds and self-judgments, opening yourself up to a whole new, lighter way of being. As we stand at this liminal pass, be willing to release what is no longer serving you, and embrace the new opportunities that await you on the other side.

Aquarius

On Sunday we have a Full Moon in Leo, the opposite sign from Aquarius. Every year this offers an opportunity for you to look at the choices and events that have led up to this time and place in your life. If your birthday falls on or around the Full Moon on February 1st, you will be all the more sensitive to the emotional vagaries of the Full Moon. Astrologically, birthdays are like new beginnings each year. But when a Full Moon falls on or near your birthday, the new beginnings you are hoping to make in this next birthday year, may require you to tie up some loose ends first. Like bringing an old order to some sort of completion, something needs to end in order to make a new start. This can be welcome. Like bringing the conclusion to a dry spell in your social life, or opening up all sorts of doors that seemed so haplessly closed. Coinciding with the last station of Uranus in the sign of Taurus, you are being asked to free yourself up, in order to be able to live a truer and more authentic life and lifestyle. A life more in conformity with your own unique outlook and expectations. If nothing else, what can become apparent in the light of the Full Moon this weekend, is how important it is to not compromise who you are, no matter what other’s expectations are of you. It’s about you being you, and holding to your convictions, even in the face of adversity, and no matter what.

Pisces

In the very last degree of Pisces the planet Saturn sits as a grim reminder that the only constant in life is change. The 29th, anaretic degree of Pisces is letting us know that an older era is becoming irrelevant. This can be a great relief as you see certain limitations and oppressive circumstances being lifted from you. But there can also be sadness for the things we leave behind. Of all signs, Pisces is well acquainted with the existential grief that is borne along the tides and affairs of humanity. In your own life, it can be a good things. For instance the welcome end of a long-term situation that had been plaguing you for some time. The Full Moon this weekend can even shed some light on the ways that these have weighed on you physically, emotionally and psychologically. You can also become aware of what the next steps might be. Full Moons can be illuminating. They are capable of shining a light, even in the darkest corners of our lives. And with the Uranus last station in the sign of Taurus this week on Feb. 3/4th, as new information comes to light, it allows you to see things from a whole new perspective. We are all moving on. And that can bring a certain amount of sadness for what once was. But we are also looking forward to a whole new way of being. The more open you are to looking at things from another perspective, the more likely you will become aware of new solutions for overcoming any challenges.
