Happy Beltane! This is the solar holiday once celebrated for the advent of Summer in the Northern climes, when the flowers are blooming and the young leaves are on the trees. We have another beautiful Full Moon coming up next week. Equally beautiful will be Venus shining in all her glory as an evening star, rising just after sunset. A Full Moon and a Mercury Station

Mercury slows for its direct station on the same day as the Full Moon in Virgo. A term coined by astrologer Richard Nolle, this is a Super Moon, meaning that it is incrementally closer to the earth in its orbit at the time of the Full Moon. With an opposition to Neptune, this Moon should be enchanting, but with a few undertones as well.
